Hi there.

I just want to clarify on the shipping. Some shops will charge a flat rate shipping charge - e.g. RM8 or RM11 and ONLY ship through courier services, which is costly for our customers.

Therefore we have such a wide variety of shipping charges - Poslaju, Registered mail and courier, so the customer can choose.

Because we don't know what the customer will buy, or where the customer is from and what shipping method they choose, it's very hard for us to predict what is the shipping charge going to be.

Therefore when you check out, there is a note there along the lines of "Actual shipping charges will be calculated after confirmation". We only charge ACTUAL shipping so we do not mark up for handling fees or packaging.

We hope our customers don't think we are deceiving them. We do this to be fair, although i understand it can be confusing so perhaps we should just switch to the flat rate charges anyway since a lot of people misunderstand our intentions with regards to shipping!

thanks for the lovely review though :) we are working on making the website more clear for our shoppers...

I was very happy to try out Tiny Tapir as the shipping seemed so little. Then when we confirmed the purchases, we were shocked that shipping was not was was shown on the website. Hey, if they wanted to do that, they should not deceive potential buyers with the RM1 shipping cost.
