Diet pills are medicine. Never forget that. And with all medication, always do your research to read things like apidexin review or other pill reviews.
You want to know the side effects if any, and the benefits if any. You want to know how safe it is and whether it is approved by the health ministry or the FDA. You don’t want to take a pill and then have your liver removed like what happened to a singaporean celebrity a few years ago. She had a boyfriend now husband who was good enough to donate part of his liver to her. Others may not be so lucky.
Mooncakes out already!
I never understood the fascination with moon cakes. I’m not one to really eat them – I only like the red bean one which is the cheapest you can find! Apparently I have cheap tastebuds 
That said, I noticed that moon cakes have gone on sale for nearly a month already. And the mooncake festival is still about a month away! That means it woudl have been 2 months of moon cakes by the time the festival comes around.
Won’t people be sick of it already? I remember when moon cakes were a rarity, coming out about 2 weeks before the festival. It was exciting then. Now, I’m just jaded
Time for Pasar Ramadhan
Its Ramadhan and for the Muslims that means fasting from sun up to sun down. It also means that pasar ramadhan or ramadhan food stalls will abound in the city. Its quite a fun time because we then get a large variety of Malay food and sweets which one sometimes find hard to obtain at normal times. I never understood why.
For some, fasting is better than any best weight loss pills for losing weight but for others, it might be a time to put on weight too if food intake is not watched. Its easy to over buy at a pasar ramadhan (shopping when hungry is a bad bad BAD idea!) and this is also the time when Ramadhan buffets are a-plenty so again, its easy to overeat both for muslims and non muslims who want to break fast with their friends.
For me I might be checking out the pasar ramadhan for some good ikan bakar or kuih. Its about the only time in the year that I do!
Tried any acne cures?
Some days when I pass a big billboard along the highway, I ponder on the ad on it, which is for Proactive the acne treatment skincare line. They always say that Britney Spears swears by it.
Maybe the fresh faced schoolgirl Britney Spears did but I don’t think adult Britney does anymore! Still, I wonder how effective it really is. When I used to have bad acne, nothing really worked for me. No topical cures anyway. Mine sort of went away as I grew older… before we were smart enough to go to a derm and take accutane
These days, no teen has to suffer the agonies of teen acne with things like accutane available. Expensive, but does loads for self esteem!
