Met up with some old mates for buka puasa last week before Raya. Can you believe its already Raya tomorrow?! Anyway one of them mentioned that her son is going to Online School. Gosh. That’s like homeschooling taken a bit far no?
Anyway he’s not a kid but in college (she married damn early) and he decided he didn’t want to go to college but wanted to work. She being a liberal mother told him alright, but he shouldn’t come running back to her if he realized he needed papers.
Which he does now. Why don’t the young ever listen?! So he’s learning online and she’s quite pleased because at the end of the day, at least he’ll still be a grad!
