Just got back from talking to Pn. R over the fence. Apparently, the thieves made off with their new flat screen LED 3D TV and the lg home theatre system. Ouch! I remember when they first got it in. They invited us over for a makan and to watch a 3D movie in the comfort of the home. And now its gone.
The consolation I guess is that these things are getting cheaper now so fort eh same price they paid, they could probably get a better set. If they decide to that is.
Went for my annual check up last week and there was someone offering Medicare part D plans. Don’t ask me what they are. I already have a medical plan so I wasn’t paying too much attention. Medicine and hospitalization is so expensive these days that its quite crucial to have a plan or you might just go bankrupt 
But there are so many out there too so it pays to shop around and ask friends. These are things you don’t ever want to cash in on but when you do have to, you will be glad you had it.
I’m thinking of getting a new laptop. A friend who works in HP suggest I try the hp pavilion laptops but another friend tells me to go MAC and I’ll never look back. MAC is so pricey though. I”m really taken in by the Macbook air – that thin and light as air design really appeals to the designer in me! But others tell me it can be rather fragile too. ARGH! What is a girl to do?
My neighbour’s house got broken into yesterday night! How scary! Lucky no one was hurt, just that their living room was thrashed and mostly electrical goods taken. We believe they were petty thieves or maybe even meth addicts looking for ways to fund their drug habit. Still, its shaken up the community and we are now thinking of beefing up our security in the house. HB thinks its necessary because I’m at home so much in the day. Maybe this means I should get a work outside the home.
