Not about sales but about shopping

I mused recently about insurance for senior citizens and then I come across links for affordable life insurance for people over 50. I know some friends who are of this age group (I like hanging out with older people – they have so much wisdom to impart!) and who had actually despaired of taking out any life insurance to benefit their next of kin. This is because they didn’t take out anything when younger, thinking it unnecessary. And now, its just too expensive. I think I’ll send them these links and let them decide if they need it now.

I think I should get a cat urine odor remover for my neighbour. They have a million cats in their house (Ok they have 3 but they sound and smell like a million!) and the stink is awful! I wonder if they’ll feel offended if I get them that or if it might make they take notice. I should probably mention it to them some time.

Or get a dog.

I just dropped off some documents for document imaging for a project Mr. Boss asked me to handle. I think he only wants me to handle it because he knows I have the contacts where I can get these stuff cheap Haha! Oh well, better to have a project than none I say! I’m going to have to go and pick them up later today. Might treat myself to an ice cream while I’m there – the shop next door sells some of the nicest home made ice cream I’ve had

Here’s something new to me – outdoor fireplaces. Isn’t that most fascinating? I wish we had winter here just so I can have a lovely warm fireplace. I’ve always had a thing for them. As a kid, we used to stay in a bungalow in Cameron Highlands during holidays and there was a fireplace that we’d light up because it did get quite cold at night. I don’t know if they have them anymore but that was fun… even if we did feel roasted.
