So because Strivectin works for my eyes, I’m thinking of trying one of the other products for the face too. No real lines yet but the naso labial line or laugh line could use a little work. Then again, its a laugh line. Perhaps thats a good thing?

Strivectin SD eye cream for example, works well for fine lines around the eyes. However for me, it does not work as well for dark circles to do away with them totally. There is a new one coming out from Dior that might just do the trick. However, I’m not sure that one will work for fine lines.

I’m going to test it out and see

Maybe the fresh faced schoolgirl Britney Spears did but I don’t think adult Britney does anymore! Still, I wonder how effective it really is. When I used to have bad acne, nothing really worked for me. No topical cures anyway. Mine sort of went away as I grew older… before we were smart enough to go to a derm and take accutane

These days, no teen has to suffer the agonies of teen acne with things like accutane available. Expensive, but does loads for self esteem!

Yet time and time again, I read of people getting the hard sell, being provoked into buying expensive packages, getting promises of losing weight by lying on a bed while machines jiggle every part of you… and how it sometimes does not work.

Sometimes, what people need could just be regular exercise. Wear a pair of FitFlops and go to the gym and get on the ellipticals. Thats the best machine to tone your legs and body and best of all, after a good workout, you’d have a good night’s sleep.

Yesterday I saw a body shower gel by Guardian… for men. Makes me wonder why. Can men not use normal shower gel? Perhaps they removed the flowery fragrance so its more acceptable to men?

It also tells me that there’s a huge men’s market out there now! Great!

I’d read so much about GoSmile the teeth whitening product that you can use in the comfort of your home without having to visit people like Plano Cosmetic Dentists. I’d heard that it worked as did Crest strips.

I’d also heard that having teeth whitening done at the dentist can be painful Especially if its by UV light. Scared me half to death. As if going to the dentist wasn’t already a traumatizing affair!

Anyway, I just saw that GoSmile is also available in Strawberrynet – a whitening and maintenance starter kit.

Dare I try it?

I don’t know if Stila will be back soon, but for now, Stila is saying goodbye to Malaysia.

As part of their goodbye gift, you can now pick up Stila products at heavily discounted prices from all Stila counters nationwide. News is that nothing is priced more than RM70 which means most of the palettes are now RM70 which is an excellent deal!

I checked out the Stila counter at Isetan The Gardens yesterday and the single eyeshadows are only RM25 each. If you like Stila eyeshadows, you are going to love them even more at these awesome prices.

So it isn’t exactly a mind boggling breakthrough in Mesothelioma treatment but you might want to whip out your credit cards for some Stila goodies. I personally am not so into Stila anymore so I only got 1 eyeshadow I’d been wanting for a while. Otherwise, I just gave everthing else a miss.

Some girls have done huge damage to the counter – they could probably set up their own Stila counter at home! But if you do use the products and you like them and will be sad that Stila is no longer going to be available in Malaysia, then nows the time to stock up on your Stila goodies.

I did not know about this one, but apparently, there is a Branded Cosmetics and Fragrances sale at The Weld held by Metrojaya. I don’t know what’s on offer.

During the previous Metrojaya warehouse sale, there were reports that Stila was on offer for rock bottom prices. Stila! Might it be available at this one too? I don’t know.

Don’t expect to see anything for vaginal dryness – that’s too specialized to be sold at a warehouse sale. Expect however to see lots of coffret sets of perfumes and maybe some cosmetics brands.
