Book Sales!

I must have been living under a rock to have missed the latest news on the Time’s Book Sale and Pay Less Book Sale. I usually hit up the MPH sale and Big Bookshop sale but lately I haven’t been to either.

Its no wonder my reading material has dried up! I’ve been feeling in the mood for some light crime reading like John Grisham stuff where he features things like Oakland motorcycle accident lawyers or rogue lawyers or anything remotely legal and criminal. I haven’t read John Grisham in ages!

I recently read the late Michael Crichton’s Andromeda Strain and whilst I don’t think he’s the best writer on the planet, he sure can spin a pretty good tale! Time for me to stock up on my books… and maybe another book shelf :P

MPH is having 40% off selected books and it is only available online.

There is a mix of craft, fiction and non fiction books and a decent mix of hard cover and paperbacks.

I am fascinated by a few of them. I haven’t bought anything from MPH Online before but this might be a good time to start.

50% off Childrens books on MPH Online this Weekend

I got this in my mailbox and thought I’d share.

MPH Online is having a Weekend Best Deals promotion on Children’s Books between Friday 6pm all the way to Monday 9am. The books will be 50% off and that will work out to quite a lot for kids books.

If you are looking for books for your little one, do remember to check into MPH Online this Friday evening after 6pm!

There is free delivery for purchases above RM100 and otherwise its just RM5 per shipment. Not terribly pricey I think. I’ve never tried their online service but read about a friend’s experience here!
